Site Version 1.0.1
Release Date 3/23/24

Updated PHP to version 8.3.4
Added user groups to restrict access to art sections.
Added Sparkles to Admin and Moderator Roles to make it easier to identify staff.
Added a site tweak to allow users to tag other users.
Attempted to add a shout box to the site, unsuccessful in this release.
